Words fall short...

I've been in one of those moods lately... where my thoughts don't seem to stay on anything particular. It skips from one to other so fast. Elusive thoughts.
Emotions seem follow these thoughts. Or maybe emotions lead the thoughts. I don't really know. Sad, angry, happy, forgiving, nostalgic, dreamy.... all of this in so few minutes.
Somehow it feels really refreshing.
Like how it feels when you turn your cd on the random mode.
You don't really know what comes next, and it's exciting...
I like the fact that there are still certain aspects of the mind that words fail to capture.
Language has a lot of catching up to do i suppose...
Or maybe words and language can never really catch up with the mind. More thing to ponder over...

language my friend is a myth - to communicate basic fundas of life - you are right it can never catch up....

the thing i a weary about language is that it hampers ones thoughts because it categorizes the way we think.....instead of portraying the real feelings as there is only so much in our arsenal that we can use....

had questioned in a similar way in august -

Words definitely fall short when it comes to capturing certain emotions or feelings. We know what we want to say or express, but do not always find the words to do so ..

@ ceedy: True. But this shortcoming is exciting for me. The 'unsaid' as they say it... can be beautiful.

@cosmic joy: right and that feels adventurous...donchathink?

@romila: Wow i feel special when the cosmos is involved....
